Morning tours will start at about 9.30 a.m. and you are advised to arrange accommodation for the night before unless you are locally based.

Tours for which coach transport is provided will leave University Avenue (immediately outside the conference venue). The exact time of boarding will be advised later.

•   Delegates must arrive at University Avenue in good time to allow for a prompt departure. 
• · Coaches will return delegates to University Avenue at the end of each tour by 5.30 p.m.
