Trade Fair
An important feature of any Conference is the Trade Fair. We are inviting key suppliers to take one of the 14 stands which will be on display on the 11 and 12 April 2013 in the newly restored Hunter Halls.
They will be alongside the Registration Desk, the Poster Display and the refreshments area. Just in case our list of potential exhibitors is incomplete, do encourage your favourite suppliers to take part.

Trade Fair Information
Single stands (3 x 2 metres approx.) – £500 + VAT
Only 2 available as of 21 February 2013!
Stand spaces will be marked on the floor and exhibitors must keep their stands within the space allowed so as to ensure free and safe circulation.
Prices include access to electrical sockets, free Wi-Fi and refreshments. We do not provide any display boards, lights etc.
Advertising in the Conference Programme
The A4 programme will include the schedule, welcoming messages and information on papers.
Advertising has now closed as the Handbook is due to go to print. If you would like to advertise in Icon News or place an A4 (single page) insert in the conference bag, please call Rebecca Hendry (contact details below). Please also phone her if you would like to book one of the remaining 2 spaces (1 or 15).
